Busker Busker Brownes and The Slate
House(formerly the Slate Nunnery) has long
been a landmark in Galway City. Since its
establishment in 1615, it has been a meeting
place of the Tribes of Galway, a Soldiers'
Barracks, a Dominican convent and a
